Hey! I'm Amanda Jayne, creator of Amanda Jayne Thrives and I teach AuDHD business owners how to plan their food, exercise and lifestyle by honouring their unique needs and sensory needs and preferences.

With 16 years in the fitness industry and being late diagnosed autistic and ADHD/AuDHD, I created ways of honouring my unique energy which impacted the way I exercise, eat and create my lifestyle.

As a fitness and wellbeing course creator with 16+ years of experience in the fitness industry, I have worked with clients ranging from busy parents to high-profile professionals, and as Former Fitness First UK National PT Ambassador, my work has been featured in Women’s Health, Women’s Running, Fit & Well, and more.

As a late-diagnosed AuDHD entrepreneur, it's my mission to help others like me to design personalised food, exercise, and lifestyle strategies that align with your unique energy patterns—so you can thrive in life and business.
