I'm Amanda Jayne
I am a fitness and wellbeing course creator with 16+ years of experience in the fitness industry. Having worked with clients ranging from busy parents to high-profile professionals, and as Former Fitness First UK National PT Ambassador my work has been featured in Women’s Health, Women’s Running, Fit & Well, and more.

As a late-diagnosed AuDHD entrepreneur, my mission is to help others like me design personalised food, exercise, and lifestyle strategies that align with your unique energy patterns—so you can thrive in life and business.

MY STORY
Â
In 2023, after navigating personal challenges—including being flooded out of our home in 2021—I realized the importance of having a sustainable system to meet my energy and sensory needs. Even during low-energy times, I had the tools to nourish myself and stay grounded.
Â
With over a decade in the fitness industry, I’d seen firsthand how traditional approaches often harm more than they help—pushing rigid plans and unrealistic ideals. In 2013, I started teaching courses that focused on empowering clients to build confidence and inner trust rather than chasing perfection.
Â
Fast forward to today: my diagnosis as Autistic (AuDHD) confirmed what I’d always known intuitively. The approaches I’d developed honored my unique neurodivergent needs—and they could do the same for others. That’s how Nourishment was born: a holistic framework tailored to help other AuDHD entrepreneurs thrive.

"I worked with Amanda when she was working in London. Over the years I have worked with loads of trainers, both in group sessions and personal training and in my experience, there is a really wide variety of abilities in this field with most falling into the OK or pretty standard category. Amanda is different in the attention she takes to understand what I wanted to achieve out of the sessions and as a result the training was unique, challenging and totally different from anything I had done before. It was both fun and very physically challenging (which is exactly what I wanted) and the results were apparent in the way I felt and the new energy/enthusiasm I had for exercise. The fact that she is now branching out into the mental as well as physical side of training is great and teaching people to do it for themselves is great. Our wellbeing is governed so much by how we feel mentally and this impacts on our sense of physical wellbeing. The two are intrinsically linked and you need to work on both in balance. We need to be Fit for Life!"

"Amanda helped me to realise that the age old rules I had believed to be true about food and exercise were not always the best for my fitness or my health, this in itself, as well as her enthusiasm and encouragement made me know I had made the right choice to work with Amanda."
