Join Now!!!My Story: Why I Created Nourishment
In 2023, after navigating personal challenges—including being flooded out of our home in 2021—I realised the importance of having a sustainable system to meet my energy and sensory needs. Even during low-energy times, I knew I had the tools to nourish myself and stay grounded by creating low-effort habits to carry me through when I needed my own self-compassion the most.
With over a decade in the fitness industry, I’d seen firsthand how traditional approaches often harm more than they help—pushing rigid plans and unrealistic ideals didn't sit well with me - I didn't want to push people where they needed more gentleness in intention. In 2013, I started teaching courses that focused on empowering clients to build confidence and inner trust rather than chasing perfection.
Fast forward to today: my diagnosis as Autistic (AuDHD) confirmed what I’d always known intuitively. The approaches I’d developed honored my unique neurodivergent needs—and they could do the same for others. That’s how Nourishment was born: a holistic framework tailored to help other AuDHD entrepreneurs thrive by honouring who they are, where they are.
